Which leaves me with more time to do the one I think I adore most – Bake. I made this cake for a little get together we were having at home. Apple and cinnamon is a match made in heaven and I decided to make this as I was craving a good apple pie but didn’t want to eat the heavy pastry. This cake is light, not to sweet and delivers small space solutions.
